Spinach ‘n Berry Smoothie (PFL Recipe Book, Volume 2)

Fast should be my my middle name as it feels I do things quickly. In fact, today I heard a quote that really stuck with me as that is how I live my life:

Because I focus so much on efficiency in my life, I turn to smoothies and shakes a lot for a quick way to keep my blood sugar balanced and body powered.
Spinach ‘n Berry Smoothie from the Power Foods Lifestyle Recipe Book, Volume 2 is perfect in these situations! I love how delicious and creamy it is with great flavor! A sweet treat to make my day go right is always in high demand in my book!
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 handful spinach leaves
½ c. raspberries
1 c. almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder*
- In a blender, mix all
ingredients until well blended.
- Be sure to drink all of the chia seeds which may be left in the cup after drinking the shake for all of the nutrition.
