Hitting your 6 servings of veggies each day like I teach in The Power Foods Lifestyle can be tough! That’s why I was STOKED to finally find a superfood green powder that I love–it helps me reach my daily goals conveniently!
Here is how I’ve used it:
1. Mix one scoop in 8 oz. water. I typically do this in my Blender Bottle as the wire whisk ball helps break everything up nice and easily. I also add 5 grams glutamine powder for gut health as well as muscle re-synthesis from my daily training sessions. I try to drink this within the first 3 hours of being awake as I love feeling the boost in moods and energy it gives me!
